Service Description

Mock race style obstacle class with 3 rounds of 1 mile run and 10 different obstacles each time. Obstacles are from OCR's and some from American Ninja Warrior. Slightly different list of obstacles every Saturday with emphasis on upcoming races and events.

Cancellation Policy

Morning classes must cancel by 11PM the day before to avoid forfeiting the class.
